Former Senate President Lawan Applauds APC’s Double Victory in Imo and Kogi, Heralds Triumph as a Win for Democratic Values

On November 13, 2023, Ahmad Ibrahim Lawan, the President of the Ninth Senate, extended warm congratulations to Governor Hope Uzodinma for his successful re-election in Imo State and to Ahmed Usman-Ododo, the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate, for securing victory in the Kogi State governorship election held over the weekend.

In a statement released by his media aide, Ezrel Tabiowo, Lawan attributed the success of both candidates to the unwavering dedication, commitment, and passion displayed by them and their supporters within the APC.
