The arrival of Peter Obi, the presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP) in the upcoming 2023 general elections, in Plateau State on Tuesday sparked joyous celebrations and an outpouring of good wishes from the local community.
Obi visited the capital city of Jos in Plateau State to commemorate his birthday by spending time with displaced persons in IDP camps within the state. Prior to his visit to the IDP camp, the former Governor of Anambra State paid a courtesy visit to Governor Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang at the Plateau State Government House.
In response to Peter Obi’s presence, numerous residents of Plateau State took to their Twitter handles to express their excitement and share messages of support and appreciation for his visit.
