Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos State has officially initiated the 2023 retreat for the newly sworn-in State Executive Council and the body of Permanent Secretaries. This retreat, aligned with the state’s “Greater Lagos Rising” agenda, bears the theme, “Navigating Government Excellence: Role of Leadership in Ensuring A Greater Lagos Rises.”

Governor Sanwo-Olu expressed his commitment to the development and progress of Lagos State, stating, “I flagged off the 2023 on-boarding retreat programme for the newly sworn-in State Executive Council and body of Permanent Secretaries. In line with our Greater Lagos rising agenda, the theme of the retreat is, ‘Navigating Government Excellence: Role of Leadership in Ensuring A Greater Lagos Rises.'”
