Former Presidential Candidate and prominent All Progressives Congress (APC) Chieftain, Mr. Gbenga Olawepo-Hashim, has conveyed warm wishes to Christian faithfuls and the entire populace of Nigeria as they partake in the global celebration of Christmas.

In a statement issued by his Media Office in Abuja, Olawepo-Hashim encouraged Christians and Nigerians to embrace the principles of love, tolerance, and sacrifice during this festive season, fostering harmony, progress, and the advancement of humanity.

The seasoned politician highlighted that Christmas embodies values such as joy, peace, hope, love, and goodwill—qualities he deems essential for Nigeria, particularly in these times of diverse developmental challenges.

“I celebrate with the Christian fold and enjoin all of us to remember the essence of Christmas. In the true spirit of the season, let’s show love to our neighbours, kindness to the less-privileged and vulnerable, and tolerance to one another across the lines of faith, politics, and ethnicity; in the spirit of the unique sacrifice and teachings of our Lord, Jesus Christ,” remarked Olawepo-Hashim.
